What we collect

Only what you choose to send through the enquiry form on the home page. That is:

• Your name and email address — both required, so we can reply.
• Your phone number — optional.
• What you are after, and a message if you write one.

Nothing else. We do not ask for an address, a date of birth or payment details, and the site has no accounts to sign up for.

What we do with it

The form sends your details to the nursery as an email so a person can read it and get back to you. That is the whole purpose. Your email address is set as the reply-to address on that message, so answering you is a straight reply.

We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for marketing. There is no mailing list, so sending an enquiry does not sign you up to anything.

Who else touches it

Three services are involved in running this site. None of them is advertising or analytics.

• Resend delivers the enquiry email. Your details pass through their system on the way to our inbox.
• Vercel hosts the site. Like any web host, their servers keep standard access logs, which include visitor IP addresses.
• Google Fonts supplies the two typefaces the site uses. Your browser fetches them from Google, which means Google sees your IP address when a page loads. No cookie is set by this.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies at all. It stores nothing in your browser, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or social media tracking pixels. That is also why you have not been shown a cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

If analytics are added later, this page will be updated before they go live, and it will say plainly what is measured.

How long we keep it

Your enquiry lives in the nursery's email inbox, the same as a message left on the phone.

Getting a copy, or asking us to delete it

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call the nursery on (02) 9913 3709 and tell us the name and email you used, and we will take care of it.

Keeping it safe

The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit. The form checks and limits what it accepts before sending anything on. No enquiry data is stored in a database on this website — it is an email, and nothing more.

Children

This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Kids are very welcome at the nursery itself.

Australian privacy law

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, tell us first and we will try to sort it out. If that does not resolve it, you can raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

If what we do with your details changes, this page changes first. The review date at the top tells you when it was last checked.
